Why is it more acceptable to believe in God than not to?
Why is the concept of faith only applicable to theism?
Why am I supposed to be tolerant when people try to convert me to Christianity, but when I try to convert someone to atheism, it's seen as insensitive and disrespectful?
Why are my beliefs any less deserving of simple courtesy?
Yes, I got feedback from my 9/11 HotSheet. About half of it (less than I expected, actually) was people complaining that my somewhat facetious call for "religious profiling" disturbed them. And no, I don't really care.
I usually try to avoid politics or religion, because I don't know much about either, but what else was I supposed to write about on September 11th? The new fall TV shows? Goings-on at PalmSource, Inc.? The best place to buy memory for a desktop computer?
